Dave was so very nice, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and a great guy to talk to. We were there for the inspection and as Dave was done with a room or a component of the house he would tell us what he found, or show us so we could completely understand what was wrong or not wrong with our house we were about to buy. We were completely and absolutely satisfied with the inspection and would highly recommend him to anyone. This was the first time our realtor had worked with Dave and IN THE KNOW Inspections, but he said he would recommend him to other home buyers. Also his fee was right in line with other quotes, but he didn’t nickel and dime it to get more money. It was a flat right and never changed. I really appreciated that.
