Dave was so very nice, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and a great guy to talk to. We were there for the inspection and as Dave was done with a room or a component of the house he would tell us what he found, or show us so we could completely understand what was wrong or not wrong with our house we were about to buy. We were completely and absolutely satisfied with the inspection and would highly recommend him to anyone. This was the first time our realtor had worked with Dave and IN THE KNOW Inspections, but he said he would recommend him to other home buyers. Also his fee was right in line with other quotes, but he didn’t nickel and dime it to get more money. It was a flat right and never changed. I really appreciated that.

David the owner and Inspector was very responsive. He completed a detailed inspection report and took the time to go over it with me since I was purchasing the property as a out of state investor. He answered all my questions and even provided referrals for repairs that he has found to be good work. I also found the business to be very competitive to other inspectors. Some were very expensive compared to IN THE KNOW Inspections and I don t know what better they could have done to justify their price.
